3. Spinach Pies
Sauté spinach until wilted. Allow to cool, then mix with salt and pepper. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each sheet of filo pastry, fold, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
4. Stuffed Grape Leaves
Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Mix with herbs and spices, fill grape leaves with the mixture, roll tightly, and steam for about 30 minutes.
5. Assemble the Platter
On a large platter, arrange the spicy feta spread, hummus, spinach pies, stuffed grape leaves, Greek olives, roasted red peppers, and pepperoncini. Serve with warm pita bread.
