In a large pot, heat the water to around 65°C (149°F) and add the barley malt. Allow it to mash for about 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, bring the mixture to a boil and add the hops. Boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boiling

Remove from heat and cool the mixture quickly to around 20°C (68°F). You can use an immersion chiller or place the pot in an ice bath.

Cooling

Once cooled, transfer the liquid to a fermentation vessel and add the yeast. Seal it and let ferment for about 5-7 days.

Fermentation

After fermentation, you need to remove the alcohol. This can be done by heating the beer gently to evaporate the alcohol or using a vacuum distillation method.

Non-Alcoholic Process

If desired, add flavoring to enhance the taste before bottling.

Flavoring (optional)

Bottle the non-alcoholic beer in clean bottles and refrigerate. Enjoy chilled.
