Method
Cocktail
Prepare glass and ice
Choose a chilled lowball or rocks glass. Add 4 ice cubes to the glass to keep the drink cold without diluting too quickly.
Layer liqueurs
Pour 1.5 oz Irish cream liqueur (Baileys) into the glass over the ice. Gently pour 0.5 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur) over the back of a spoon so it sinks slightly and creates a subtle layered effect.
Settle briefly
Allow the cocktail to rest for 15–30 seconds so the stout integrates with the liqueurs and a small creamy head forms.
Garnish / Optional
Skewer 1–2 fresh raspberries and rest them on the rim, or sprinkle a light pinch of chocolate shavings over the cream layer.
