Method

Base & Fruit

1

Combine fruit juices

In a large measuring cup or cocktail shaker, pour 1 cup pineapple juice, 3/4 cup orange juice, 1 cup cranberry juice, and 1 tablespoon mango purée. Add 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice. Stir or shake gently to combine until the mango purée is fully incorporated and the mixture is homogenous.

Sparkle & Sweetener

2

Adjust sweetness and add fizz

Taste the juice blend. Add 1 teaspoon simple syrup or agave if you prefer a sweeter drink and stir to dissolve. Pour in 1 cup chilled club soda or sparkling water and stir gently once to preserve carbonation.

Garnish & Finish

3

Prepare glass and mint

Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes. Lightly clap 4 mint leaves between your palms to release aroma and place them over the ice (reserve 2 leaves for garnish).

4

Assemble the mocktail

Strain or pour the juice-and-sparkle mixture over the ice and mint in the glass. Add the lime wheel on the rim and a pineapple chunk onto a cocktail pick or drop into the drink. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves on top.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer. Optionally, provide extra lime wedges and a small pitcher of additional club soda on the side for guests who want a lighter or fizzier drink.
