1 1/2 oz Lyre's Classico (non-alcoholic spirit)1/2 oz elderflower cordial1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice3 oz Soda water (club soda or sparkling water)1 to taste Ice1 piece Lemon wheel or twist (garnish)1 piece Edible elderflower or mint sprig (optional garnish)

Method

Drink

Build the cocktail

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice to chill the glass. Add 1.5 oz Lyre's Classico, 0.5 oz elderflower cordial and 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice into the glass.

Top and gently mix

Top with approximately 3 oz chilled soda water. Using a long bar spoon, gently stir 4–6 times to combine ingredients without losing carbonation.

Garnish and serve

Slap the mint sprig (if using) between your hands to release aromatics, then tuck it or a lemon wheel onto the rim. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
