Shot
Method
Shot
Pour coffee liqueur
Pour 1 tablespoon (about 15 ml) of Tia Maria (or Kahlúa) into the bottom of a chilled or room-temperature shot glass. This forms the 'beer' body of the Baby Guinness.
Float Irish cream
Slowly pour 1 tablespoon (about 15 ml) of Baileys Irish Cream over the back of a bar spoon held just above the surface of the coffee liqueur. Pour gently so the cream floats on top, creating a distinct pale head reminiscent of a Guinness.
Serve
Serve immediately as a shooter. Drink whole in one go or sip to enjoy the layered appearance. If preparing multiple shots, repeat the steps for each shot, using the same spoon-floating technique for consistent layers.
