Chicken

Method

Prepare the Chicken

1

Marinate the Drumsticks

In a large bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, and beer. Add chicken drumsticks and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for the best flavor.

2

Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat. Remove drumsticks from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Grill or bake the drumsticks for about 25-30 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade halfway through, until cooked through and juices run clear.

Make the Blue Cheese Dressing

3

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare the Toasted Luna Bread

4

Toast the Bread

In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the bread slices. Toast the bread in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
