Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

This wine is from Cotes de Provence, France. It is made with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes. A classic rose, mineral driven with orange, strawberry and floral aromas, as well as flavors of unripe stone fruit, raspberry and citrus.

Select ripe Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. Remove stems and wash the grapes thoroughly.

Grape Preparation

Gently crush the grapes to release their juice. Press the mixture to separate the juice from the skins.

Crushing and Pressing

In a fermentation vessel, combine the grape juice, filtered water, sugar, and citric acid. Allow the mixture to ferment for 10-14 days at a controlled temperature of around 15-18°C (59-65°F).

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, rack the wine into a clean vessel to separate it from the sediment.

Racking

Allow the wine to age for 2-3 months in stainless steel or neutral barrels to develop its flavors.

Aging

After aging, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place.
