Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken drummies.

In a bowl, combine Szechuan peppercorns, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture generously over the chicken drummies.

Bake the Chicken

Place the drummies on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the Hot Honey Glaze

In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes over low heat until warm.

Glaze the Chicken

Brush the hot honey glaze over the chicken drummies during the last 5 minutes of baking.
