Wine Dinners & Tastings

Choose a bottle of Sangiovese, Lambrusco, and Trebbiano. Chill the wines in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Select and Chill Wines

Slice the Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses into bite-sized pieces. Use a spoon to serve the Ricotta cheese in small dollops onto the serving platter.

Cut and Plate Cheese

On a large serving board or platter, arrange the Prosciutto, Salami, and Bresaola in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Fold or roll the slices for a more elegant presentation.

Arrange Charcuterie

Add the olives and dollops of fig jam to the platter. Place the artisan bread next to the cheese and charcuterie for guests to serve themselves.

Assemble the Board

Pour the chilled wines into glasses and serve alongside the cheese and charcuterie board. Enjoy the exquisite pairing of Emilia Romagna wines with the selected cheeses and meats.

Select one bottle each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Malbec, Riesling, and Sparkling Wine. Ensure they are from their respective terroirs for an authentic experience.

Choose Your Wines

Place the Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sparkling Wine in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Chill the White and Sparkling Wines

Open the bottles of Pinot Noir and Sangiovese, and let them breathe for about 30 minutes. Optionally, you can decant them into a wine aerator to enhance their flavors.

Decant the Red Wines

Gather wine glasses, a tasting sheet, and any palate cleansers (e.g., bread or crackers) to accompany the tasting.

Prepare for Tasting

Pour the wines into glasses according to their types. Start with the white wines, followed by the red wines, and finish with the sparkling wine. Enjoy the tasting experience, noting the unique characteristics of each terroir.

Choose a variety of wines that complement each other and cater to different tastes. For this experience, we recommend Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Malbec.

Select Your Wines

Place the white wines (Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving. Red wines (Pinot Noir and Malbec) should be served at room temperature.

Chill the Wines

Using a WineStation or a wine aerator, pour a small sample of each wine into tasting glasses. This allows guests to appreciate the color and aroma before tasting.

Pour the Wines

Slice the Brie cheese into wedges. Cut the baguette into thin slices, ideally on a diagonal to create more surface area for toppings.

Prepare Cheese and Bread

On a large serving platter, arrange the Brie cheese, sliced baguette, and olives in separate sections. Add a small bowl of nuts and place the dark chocolate pieces around the platter for a sweet contrast.

Optionally, garnish the platter with fresh herbs or edible flowers for an elegant touch. Serve the wine and food pairings together for guests to enjoy.

In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Bruschetta Topping

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.

Toast the Bread

Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Assemble Bruschetta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add Spinach and Combine

Remove from heat, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and serve warm.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate mousse mix with heavy cream. Whip until light and fluffy, following package instructions.

Prepare the Mousse

Transfer the mousse to serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Chill the Mousse

Before serving, top with chocolate shavings for added elegance.

Choose a bottle of red wine and a bottle of white wine to complement the meal. Suggestions include a Merlot for the pasta and a Sauvignon Blanc for the bruschetta.
