Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, season the rock shrimp with salt and black pepper. Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off the excess.

Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the floured shrimp and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, add butter, pickled shallots, and capers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until shallots are translucent. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release flavorful bits.

Combine

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and let simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Stir in chopped parsley.

Serve

Plate the shrimp piccata and top with 'everything' breadcrumbs. Serve warm.
