    Prepare the Coffee

    Brew 1 cup of Slowburn Coffee and set aside.

    Mix Irish Coffee

    In a heatproof glass, combine the brewed coffee and Bushmills Irish Whiskey.

    Sweeten the Coffee

    Stir in the Demerara sugar until fully dissolved.

    Add the Cream

    Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the coffee.

    Serve

    Serve immediately and enjoy your Irish Coffee!
