Prepare the Lime
Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice from one half into a glass and reserve the other half for garnish.

Mix the Drink
In a glass filled with ice, add the Pisco Acholado and the Angostura Bitters.

Add Ginger Ale
Pour the ginger ale into the glass and stir gently to combine the ingredients.

Garnish the drink with the reserved half of the lime.
