Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl with the chicken wings. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and mix well.
- 5
Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Serve
Serve the spicy chicken wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
