Prepare the Filling

Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add Taco Seasoning
Stir the taco seasoning into the cooked beef, adding a splash of water if necessary. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the seasoning is well incorporated.

Combine Filling Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the seasoned ground beef with cooked rice and half of the shredded cheese.
Assemble the Burrito

Prepare the Tortilla
Warm the large flour tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.

Fill the Tortilla
Place the filling mixture in the center of the tortilla, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
Add the Chile and Serve

Top with Red Chile Sauce
Place the burrito on a plate and pour the red chile sauce over it, ensuring it is well smothered.

Add optional toppings such as sour cream, chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapeños to your liking.
