Prepare the blackberries
Wash the fresh blackberries thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Make the simple syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar (1 cup each). Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow the syrup to cool before using.
Mixing

Combine ingredients
In a blender, combine the washed blackberries, 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the blackberry mixture into a pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp. Press gently with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
Serving

Add seasoning
Stir in 1 teaspoon of Himalayan pink sea salt into the strained blackberry liquid until fully dissolved.

Garnish and serve
Pour the blackberry drink into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
