Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the fillets and season with salt and pepper.

Make the Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.

Add Garnishes
Stir in chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds into the sauce mixture.
Cooking

Bake the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Glaze the Salmon
In the last 2 minutes of baking, brush the firecracker sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
