Originally brewed for our 6th Anniversary. This Pale Lager was inspired by another Czech lager we love and admire, Budvar.

Fit Turkey Wrap

A special light beer containing approximately 35% fewer calories than regular lager beer. But every bit as thirst-quenching and refreshing.

In a large pot, heat the 500 ml of water to about 65°C (149°F). Add 100 g of barley malt and stir well. Maintain this temperature for about 60 minutes to allow the starches to convert into sugars.

Mashing

After mashing, filter the mixture to separate the liquid (wort) from the solid grains. You can use a fine mesh strainer or a lautering system.

Lautering

Bring the wort to a boil. Once boiling, add 5 g of hops and boil for 60 minutes. This will add bitterness and flavor to the beer.

Boiling

During the last 10 minutes of the boil, add 20 g of corn and 20 g of rice to the mixture. This will help reduce the calorie content of the beer.

Adding Corn and Rice

After boiling, cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller or an ice bath.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel. Add 2 g of yeast and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow the beer to ferment at a stable temperature for about 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the beer into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with caps.

Bottling

Let the bottles condition at room temperature for another week to develop carbonation. After that, refrigerate them before serving.

Made in the style of traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander, chamomile and Curaçao bitter orange peel.

WS Wit Beer

Subtle lime and floral notes from the hops combine with light citrus flavors imparted by the coriander and deep minerally water profile to make this complex but crushable Gose.

W4 Dry-Hopped Gose

Belgian style wit has subtle shades of pink and red from the hibiscus and a bright citrus flavor from the orange peel and hop additions.

W3 Hibiscus Orange Imperial Wit

Brewed using a traditional Belgian yeast for esters of ripe fruit & dry hopped with a heavy hand to add nuances of citrus peel & stone fruit.

TI Tripel Ale

Freshly harvested spruce tips from upstate NY give this beer a beautiful delicate piney flavor and Chinnok hops back up the evergreen flavor profile.

SX Spruce Tip Saison

Saison brewed with pilsner malt and flaked rice to lighten the body. New school german hop additions.

S8 Rice Saison
