Build the drink
Fill a highball glass (12–14 oz) with ice to the top.

Pour 2 fl oz vodka over the ice.

Add 0.5 fl oz fresh lime juice (about half a small lime). This is optional but brightens the drink.

Slowly pour 4 fl oz Red Bull (or similar energy drink) down the side of the glass to top the cocktail. Pouring slowly preserves carbonation.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw.
