Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips, chop the yellow onion, slice the carrots into thin rounds, and trim the green beans.

2

Cook the Pork

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sliced carrots. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Add the green beans and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

4

Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the drained black beans and black bean sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

5

Simmer

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors meld together.

6

Serve

Serve the pork and green beans hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
