Preparing the Sauce

Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables

Cook the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Vegetables

Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Thicken the Sauce

Add the prepared sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens.
