Burger Ingredients

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Method

Roasting Brussels Sprouts

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

2

Season and Roast

In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Making the Burger

3

Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two patties.

4

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add cheddar cheese slices on top in the last minute of cooking to melt.

Making the House Burger Sauce

5

Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until smooth.

Assembling the Summit Burger

6

Build the Burger

Spread the house burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by a generous amount of roasted Brussels sprouts. Top with the other half of the bun.
