Cans & Bottles Beverage Flight (serves 4)

Method

Cans & Bottles Beverage Flight (serves 4)

1

Chill & prepare

Place all canned and bottled beverages in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. If beverages are not pre-chilled, fill a cooler or large bowl with ice (about 6 cups) and add bottled/canned drinks to chill for 15–20 minutes. While chilling, slice one lemon and one lime into 8 wedges total for garnish.

2

Set up serving station

Arrange 4 reusable or disposable cups on a tray or counter. Place a small pile of cocktail napkins beside the cups. Keep the remaining beverages in the cooler or refrigerator so guests can swap as they like.

3

Serve beverages

Open each selected can or bottle and pour approximately 330 ml (one standard bottle/can) into each cup as desired. For beer and hard seltzer, pour gently down the side of the glass to control foam. For sparkling water and soda, pour more slowly to minimize fizz overflow. If guests prefer, serve directly in cans or bottles without pouring.

4

Garnish & customize

Offer lemon and lime wedges for garnish. Squeeze a wedge into sparkling water, soda, or a seltzer to brighten flavor. For light-flavored beers or seltzers, a small squeeze of citrus on the rim is optional. Provide ice on the side for guests who prefer their drinks extra cold—add 1–2 ice cubes per cup if serving immediately.

5

Refill & maintain

Keep extra beverages chilled in the cooler or refrigerator. Replace used napkins and cups as needed. Dispose of empties or collect for recycling to keep the serving area tidy.
