Rinse the wild American shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with your choice of Old Bay seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it begins to bubble.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
