Lobster Roll

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Lobster Salad

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  2. 2

    Toast the Buns

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the split-top buns in the skillet, cut side down, and toast until golden brown and crispy.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Lobster Rolls

Once the buns are toasted, remove them from the skillet. Spoon a generous amount of the lobster salad into each bun. Serve immediately with a side of extra sauce if desired.
