Preparation
1. Mixing the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill weed, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
2. Chill
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Toast the Bread
While the dip is chilling, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of garlic bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
