Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Broccoli
In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss the shrimp with blackening seasoning until evenly coated. Add to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine and Serve
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, broccoli, blackened shrimp, and Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
