Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Broccoli

In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss the shrimp with blackening seasoning until evenly coated. Add to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, broccoli, blackened shrimp, and Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
