Prepare the Tuna
Pat the Ahi Tuna dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and coat evenly with Cajun seasoning.

Heat the Pan
In a skillet over high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat until the oil is shimmering but not smoking.

Sear the Tuna
Carefully place the seasoned tuna in the hot skillet. Sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer if desired.

Slice the Tuna
Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. Slice the tuna into thin strips.

Serve
Arrange the sliced tuna on a plate, drizzle with soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
