1. Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and shrimp. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Set Up Breading Station

In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs. In a third bowl, mix cornmeal with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Bread the Shrimp

Remove shrimp from the buttermilk, shaking off excess. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the cornmeal mixture.
