Fresh Fruits
Method
Preparation
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the berries (strawberries and blueberries) under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on size.
Cut the Kiwi and Pineapple
Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices. For the pineapple, remove the skin, core, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the Mango
Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice the mango into small cubes.
Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mango.
Add Mint and Dressing
Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit mixture. In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice, then drizzle it over the fruits.
Toss and Serve
Gently toss the fruit mixture to combine all ingredients evenly. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
