Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

While the steak is marinating, slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Set aside.

3

Preheat the Hibachi Grill

Preheat your hibachi grill to high heat.

4

Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry. Brush the hibachi grill with vegetable oil. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

5

Cook the Vegetables

Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest. Add the sliced vegetables to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

6

Serve

Slice the steak against the grain and serve it on a plate with grilled vegetables and a side of cooked rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
