Marinate the Chicken and Shrimp
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast and shrimp. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ground black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix well to coat the proteins. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cooking
- 3
Heat the Grill
Heat a hibachi grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- 4
Cook the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 5
Cook the Shrimp
Add the marinated shrimp to the grill. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 6
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same grill, add the prepared vegetables. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
- 7
Combine and Serve
Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the grill with the vegetables. Toss everything together and let it heat for an additional minute. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
