1. Brew the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of Tofino Roasting Co. Espresso using your preferred method.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the brewed espresso, Liquor 43, and El Jimador Reposado. If desired, add sugar to taste.
3. Shake and Strain
Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish
Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for added flavor. Serve immediately.
