Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Jalapeño-Infused Tequila
If you don't have jalapeño-infused tequila, you can make your own by placing sliced jalapeños in a bottle of tequila and letting it infuse for 24-48 hours.
- 2
Make Blood Orange Puree
Peel and segment 1-2 blood oranges, then blend them in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.
Mixing the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, add the jalapeño-infused tequila, blood orange puree, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup.
- 4

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on your preference.
