Make the Miso Chili Butter
In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, miso paste, chili paste, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and smooth. Set aside.
Preparing the Oysters

Prep the Oysters
Carefully shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Making the Panko Crust

Prepare the Panko Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of the ingredients.
Assembling and Baking

Assemble the Oysters
Spoon a generous amount of the miso chili butter mixture onto each oyster, ensuring they are well-coated. Then, top each oyster with a handful of the panko mixture.
