Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Champagne

Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, or in an ice bucket for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer until you have 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Glasses

Select champagne flutes or any glass of your choice, and ensure they are clean and dry.

  4. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

Pour 1 part freshly squeezed orange juice into each glass, followed by 2 parts chilled champagne. The ratio can be adjusted according to your taste preference.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add a slice of orange on the rim of each glass for garnish.

  6. 6

    Serve Immediately

Serve the mimosas immediately while the champagne is still bubbly.
