Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat all the wings evenly.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Spread the coated chicken wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Toss in Hot Sauce
Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 5
Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended, leaving some blue cheese lumps for texture.
- 6
Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
