Preparation of Spicy Garlic Butter

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add Garlic
Mince 3 garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Season the Butter
Stir in 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Flatbread

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Flatbreads
Place the store-bought flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads.

Add Chicken
Evenly distribute 1 cup of shredded cooked chicken breast on top of the cheese.

Add Toppings
Top with sliced pepperoncini (1 cup) and thinly sliced red onion (0.5 cup).
Baking

Bake Flatbreads
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread is crispy.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
