Prepare the Seasoned Sour Cream

Mix the Sour Cream
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed. Set aside.

Cook the French Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen french fries package. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.

Layer Ingredients in Tortilla
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, add about 1/2 cup of cooked chicken, 1/4 cup of pico de gallo, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Add Seasoned Sour Cream
Drizzle a few tablespoons of the seasoned sour cream over the layered ingredients in the tortilla.

Wrap the Tortilla
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is secure inside. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
Serve

Once the french fries are done baking, remove them from the oven. Serve the southwest wraps with a side of crispy french fries.
