Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Choose Your Sauce or Dry Rub
While the wings are baking, decide which sauce or dry rub you would like to use. If using a sauce, have it ready to coat the wings after baking. If using a dry rub, mix the chosen seasoning in a small bowl.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. If using a sauce, place the wings in a large bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly. If using a dry rub, sprinkle the rub over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
