Prep the Ingredients
Dice the bell pepper into small pieces. Set aside.
Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the espadin mezcal, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Cocktail
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Add Flavor Enhancers
Add the diced bell pepper, smoked chili powder, and a pinch of salt into the shaker. Shake gently to incorporate the flavors without breaking down the bell pepper too much.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, leaving the bell pepper pieces behind.
