Preparation
Prepare the Chilis
Take the cooked chilis, remove seeds if desired, and chop them finely. Set aside.
Toast the White Peppercorns
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the white peppercorns for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and crush them lightly using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the agave spirit, chopped cooked chili, and crushed white pepper. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.
Garnishing
Prepare for Serving
Rim your serving glasses with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt. Fill each glass with the prepared mixture.
Add Garnish
Top each drink with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge for garnish.
