Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Noodles

Soak the Korean glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until they soften. Drain and set aside.

2

Cook the Beef

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add the garlic, onion, carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

4

Combine Noodles and Beef

Add the soaked glass noodles and cooked beef back into the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together to combine well.

5

Garnish and Serve

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
