Preparation

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the romaine lettuce and thinly slice the napa cabbage. Trim the green beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces.

2

Cook the Green Beans

Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside to cool.

3

Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assembly

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced napa cabbage, blanched green beans, cooked shrimp, and shredded chicken.

5

Dress the Salad

Drizzle the spicy Thai sauce and lime juice over the combined ingredients. Toss everything together until well-coated.

6

Fill the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the filling mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.

7

Serve

Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, optionally with extra Thai sauce on the side.
