Base Ingredients

Nut Granola

Rose-Scented Fruit

Method

Prepare Nut Granola

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, honey, coconut oil, and salt. Mix until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.

3

Bake Granola

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.

4

Cool Down

Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break into clusters.

Prepare Rose-Scented Fruit

5

Wash and Cut Fruits

Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on size.

6

Mix with Rose Water

In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with rose water and honey. Gently toss to coat the fruits.

8

Add Granola

Top with a generous amount of nut granola.

9

Finish with Rose-Scented Fruit

Finish by adding the rose-scented fruit on top. Optionally, drizzle with more honey if desired.
