Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Filet Mignon

Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the filet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

2

Cook the Lobster Tail

In the same skillet, add the lobster tail, cut side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip it over and add 1 tablespoon of butter and garlic. Baste the lobster with the melted butter and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

3

Sauté the Wild Mushrooms

In another pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and add the wild mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and tender. Add fresh thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.

4

Plate and Serve

Slice the filet mignon and plate it alongside the lobster tail and sautéed wild mushrooms. Drizzle any remaining pan juices over the top and serve immediately.
