Preparation

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat the broiler in your oven. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top, while keeping it attached at the base.

2

Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

3

Broil the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Remember to baste with the butter mixture halfway through.

4

Garnish and Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with additional drawn butter on the side.
