Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
Cooking
Prepare the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve
Remove pancakes from the skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with your favorite toppings such as syrup, berries, or whipped cream.
