Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Drain the Wings
Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the wings from the oil and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.
Serve
Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
