Preparation of the Rim

Prepare the Rim

On a small plate, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Pour the caramel sauce onto another plate. Dip the rim of your glass into the caramel sauce, ensuring it's well-coated, then dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to create a sweet rim.

Mixing the Mimosa

Combine Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine the fresh apple cider and Captain Morgan Rum. Stir gently to mix.

Pour and Top

Fill the prepared glass with ice. Pour the apple cider and rum mixture over the ice until the glass is about halfway full. Top off with Lunetta Prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
